Payment Methods and Payment Plans
We understand that these are difficult, personal decisions that are unique to each family. We strive to ease that concern by accepting a wide variety of payment options.
Payment Options Include:
-Cash
-Check
-Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
-Care Credit (Cardholder must be present to charge)
-ScratchPay
Pre-Payments:
For outpatient diagnostic plans estimated to be $500 or more, we may request the full low end of the estimate to begin evaluation.
For hospitalized care, a deposit in the amount of the full low end of the estimate is required to begin care.
Regardless, the balance for care provided is due at checkout during the appointment.
Pet Insurance Notice:
If you have pet insurance, please note that we do not accept payment directly from insurance companies. Payment for your pet’s care is required at the time services are rendered, in accordance with our policy. Pre-payments or deposits may also be required for certain procedures.
Our team is happy to provide the documentation you need to submit your insurance claim. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance provider. Upon request, we will release your pet’s medical records directly to your insurance company.
