Medication REFILLS

In order to receive a refill from us, your pet must be an established patient with us, and have received an evaluation by one of our doctors in the past year.

Complete this form to make your request. Please allow up to 24 business hours to refill your pet’s prescription. This allows our staff time to review your pet’s file and ensure we don’t need to make any changes. Certain medication(s) require blood testing and checkups at specific intervals in order for your pet to continue on the medication.

If your pet requires medications sooner during business hours, you may call 719-272-4004, and we will inform your pet’s team and request the prescription be refilled as quickly as possible.

Please note: If you submit a request after hours or over the weekend, your pet’s medications will be filled within 24 hours beginning the following business day.
